LEGAL TERMS “Giftmania Digital Game” - LAS ROZAS THE STYLE OUTLETS

1. Organizing entity
The entities NEPTUNE LAS ROZAS OUTLET, S.L.U (the "Las Rozas The Style Outlets"),
with N.I.FB84733237, registered office at [Corporate address] and Neinver, S. A. U.
("Neinver"), with N.I.F. A31038136, registered office at Avenida Pío XII 44, 2º Planta, Edif.
Oficinas 28016 Madrid, Spain; organize the promotion called “Giftmania Digital Game” (the
"Promotion"), accessible through the website https://giftmania.neinver.com/las-rozas and
consisting of a game of skill in which the participants who meet the participation requirements
set forth in these legal bases (the "Participants") may obtain the Prizes indicated in clause 7.
Las Rozas The Style Outlets and Neinver shall be jointly referred to in these Terms and
Conditions as the "Organizers".
Participants may contact both entities by e-mail at neinver@neinver.com.
2. Object of these Legal Bases
These legal bases (the "Legal Bases") regulate the conditions of participation in the
Promotion and must be accepted and complied with by the Participants.
3. Object of the Promotion
The purpose of the Promotion is to advertise the brand "The Style Outlets", the Las Rozas
The Style Outlets shopping center and the other shopping centers belonging to the same
business group (listed in [https://www.neinver.com/portfolio/]) led by Neinver, as well as to
promote visits to the Las Rozas The Style Outlets shopping center, offering prizes and
discounts redeemable for certain products or services related to the Las Rozas The Style
Outlets shopping center.
4. Participants
All persons who meet the following requirements (the "Participants") are eligible to participate
in the Promotion:
i. Be over 18 years of age and not be legally incapacitated.
ii. Not to be an employee, intern or contractor of the Organizers, of any of the other
entities belonging to the same business group led by Neinver (link to the list of entities
included in clause 3 above), of any of the entities that have been involved in any way
in the organization or development of the Promotion or be a direct relative or up to the
third degree of consanguinity or affinity with any of the above.

iii. Have a Neinver user account. This is an account that allows access to most of the
platforms, applications, promotions and digital services offered by Neinver.
iv. To have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
v. Not to commit fraud, damage the image or reputation of the Organizers, breach any
of the provisions set forth in these Legal Bases or harm in any way the proper
functioning of the Promotion.
5. Duration and geographic scope
The Promotion starts on [1 December 2023] at [10:00] hours (CET) and ends on [25
December 2023] at [24:00] hours (CET).
It will be available exclusively in Spain.
6. Participation Mechanics
Participants will be able to access the Promotion through the website
https://giftmania.neinver.com/las-rozas .In order to participate, Participants must access the
game of skill and, upon acceptance of the Legal Bases, start playing. The game is based on
a match-based operation, the details of which are described below:
i. As Participants progress through the game, they will accumulate points.
ii. The Participants will start each game with three (3) lives. With each failure, the
Participants will lose one life, so that the final score will be the one they have reached
at the moment of losing their last life.
iii. The points, if sufficient, may be exchanged for any of the Prizes indicated in clause 7
of these Legal Bases. It is necessary to have obtained a minimum score to be eligible
for any of the Prizes.
iv. Daily game scores can be accumulated day by day unless they are redeemed in
accordance with point iii. above.
v. Each game has its own scoring system. There are games that have a limited number
of attempts. Once they are exhausted, the maximum score will remain. In the rest of
the games the points generated at the end of the game will always be counted.
In order to redeem the points for the chosen Prize, if they have obtained a sufficient score,
Participants must authenticate with their Neinver user account. If they do not have a Neinver
user account, they must register and create one. The Neinver user account will allow them
to access not only this Promotion, but also most of Neinver's other promotions, platforms,
applications and digital services with a single account. After providing the necessary
information for the creation of the Neinver user account, Participants will receive an email to
the email address provided to activate the account. Once identified with their Neinver user

account, Participants will be able to redeem the accumulated points. It is expressly informed
that the stock of Prizes is limited, so that Participants may not be entitled to obtain a Prize in
the event that the Prizes corresponding to the points obtained have been previously
exhausted.
Each Participant may only redeem the points earned once during the entire duration of the
Promotion. However, he/she may play as many games as he/she wishes.
Once the accumulated points have been redeemed for the chosen Prize, the Participants will
have a period of seven (7) days to go to the Las Rozas The Style Outlets shopping center
and use the chosen Prize. If the period of seven (7) days elapses without the Participant
having used his/her Prize, the Prize will expire, and the Participant will not have the possibility
of obtaining new Prizes, although he/she will be able to play the game again if he/she wishes
to do so.
The Organizers specify that the Prizes will be redeemable only at
Las Rozas The Style Outlets shopping center, but not at other shopping centers of other
entities belonging to the same group of companies, even if they use the same brand "The
Style Outlets".
Additionally, the player who has obtained the highest score during the week will get a prize.
The only requirements to be eligible for these prizes is to be a communicable user of the
database of that center and to have obtained the highest weekly score. In case two users
have the same score, the prize will be awarded to the user who has reached the highest
score before.
7. Awards
Subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the achievement of the minimum
required score and the availability of the prize (i.e., the limited number of prizes offered has
not been previously exhausted), Participants will be eligible for one of the following prizes
(the "Prizes"):

Once the points have been redeemed, Participants may not make any changes to the chosen
Prize. Nor may they request cash compensation equivalent to the economic value of the Prize.
Prizes may be redeemed only by the applicable Participant.
In the event that no Participant achieves sufficient points to obtain certain Prizes, such Prizes
will be forfeited.
8. Participant License
As a Participant, the Organizers grant to the Participants a license to view and use as an end
user the game and other designs, artwork, elements or assets related to the Promotion, in its
executable version, non-transferable, without territorial limit, limited in time to the duration of
the Promotion and for the sole purpose and to the extent necessary for the Participants to
participate in the Promotion.
Any other use of the game or other designs, creative, elements or assets related to the
Promotion is strictly prohibited, and the Participant assumes any liability that may arise from
such misuse.
9. Taxation
All relevant tax provisions shall apply to the Prizes of this Promotion, according to the
legislation applicable at any given time. Given that the Prizes awarded will in no case have a
value exceeding 300 EUR, the Organizers are not obliged to make any type of withholding
or payment on account. The Participants will be exclusively responsible for complying with
the tax obligations that may correspond to them for obtaining the Prizes.
10. Responsibility
The Organizers, their suppliers, subcontractors, collaborators, agents or distributors are
exonerated from any liability for damages, whether physical or otherwise, that may be
suffered by the Participants due to any act or omission not attributable to them. In particular,
the Organizers shall not be liable for any damages caused by the collaborating entities related
to each Prize.
The Organizers shall not be responsible for any liability arising from actions of the Participants
or the malfunctioning of the electronic communication networks or technologies associated
with the Promotion that prevent the normal development of the Promotion for reasons beyond
the control of the Organizers.
11. Deposit of the Legal Bases
These Legal Bases will be deposited at Infopoint of Las Rozas The Style Outlets, at the
disposal of all Participants and any person wishing to consult them. They will also remain
published on the https://giftmania.neinver.com/las-rozas website for the duration of the
Promotion.

12. Modification of the Legal Basis
The Organizers may at any time make any changes they deem appropriate to these rules,
including, but not limited to, the cancellation, repetition, extension, postponement or
modification of the Promotion or of the Legal Bases themselves. This situation will be duly
notified to the Participants through the same means in which the celebration of the Promotion
has been communicated, the Organizers being exempted from any obligation or economic
compensation with respect to the Participants.
13. Data protection
Participants' personal data will be processed in accordance with Neinver's Privacy Policy,
available at http://www.neinver.com/es/content/aviso-legal. Las Rozas The Style Outlets will
not process Participants' personal data nor will it have any responsibility for it.
14. Acceptance of the Legal Bases
Participation in the Promotion requires the acceptance of the Legal Bases.
15. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Any disputes that may arise in connection with the Promotion and these Legal Bases shall
be resolved in accordance with Spanish law and before the corresponding courts according
to the applicable regulations.
