How to earn points?

Earning points is simple! Just make a purchase at a Club Lifestyler participating store in the center and choose one of the following ways to collect your points:

Preferred Option – Upload your receipt photo:

Open the LIFESTYLER section in the app > go to My Receipts and click "ADD NEW RECEIPT." Take or upload a clear photo of your receipt and the system will process it automatically. This is the easiest and fastest way to earn points.

Alternative Option – Use the in-store tablet (if available):

Scan the QR code shown on the tablet at the moment of purchase. Your points will be added instantly.

Please note:

• Receipts must be uploaded within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Receipts can only be added through the app, not on the website.
• Points expire 12 months after the date of the purchase receipt.

Exceptions – when to go to the Information Point or contact via WhatsApp:

In the following specific cases, you must go to the Center’s Information Point or contact the infopoint staff via WhatsApp, as these cannot be processed through the app:

• When the receipt value exceeds €800.00.
• When you are uploading a third receipt from the same store on the same day (only two can be submitted via the app).
• When the store only provides electronic/digital receipts.

Important:

Participants must keep their proof of purchase, as the Center may request it at any time. If requested, it must be submitted within 15 calendar days. Failure to do so may result in removal from the program or the blocking of the virtual card.

If you're experiencing any issues uploading your receipt or crediting your points, don’t hesitate to visit the Information Point or contact the staff via WhatsApp for support.

If something went wrong with your purchase due to a technical issue or because you forgot to scan your QR code in-store, you can earn points for purchases through the app.

You just need to keep your receipt and go to the StyleClub > My Receipts section, click "ADD NEW RECEIPT," and scan your ticket. This way, your points for purchases won't be lost and you'll be able to accumulate them. You can only add receipts within 15 days of the purchase date shown on the receipt. After these 15 days, you will no longer be able to accumulate points and you will see an error message such as "receipt not found."

The option to add receipts is only available through the app, not the website.

Only in the following cases, you must go to the Center's Information Point to add tickets, or request it through the WhatsApp channel; this means that these cannot be done through the app:

When the receipt value exceeds EIGHT HUNDRED EUROS (€800.00).

When it is a third receipt from the same store on the same day. The user may not add more than two receipts for the same store on the same day through the app.

Participants must keep the proof of purchase(s), which the Center may request at any time and must submit them within fifteen calendar days of being requested. Failure to do so may result in the Center removing participants from the program who have not provided proof of purchase, and may even block their virtual card.

Users who have trouble crediting points in person or through the app should visit the Center's information point or contact the infopoint staff via WhatsApp.

If a business only uses electronic tickets, the user must visit the information point to have points added manually within 30 days of the purchase receipt, or contact the infopoint staff via WhatsApp.

Points expire 12 months after receipt.

You can only get it through The Style Outlets APP and follow the steps indicated.

A Style Club center is one that already belongs to the STYLE CLUB. In these centers you can enjoy all that the Club offers you if you are a member: get discounts for purchases, accumulate points by scanning your purchase tickets and enjoy a lot of advantages. Please note:

Every time you accumulate points for your purchases or interactions, you will be able to redeem them in cash with your STYLE CLUB wallet card from your selected center.

You can only have one STYLE CLUB center but you can change it according to your preferences.

The points earned in the STYLE CLUB centers are cumulative but you can only redeem them for purchases through the STYLE CLUB wallet card of your selected center. Remember that this card is unique per person and center, although you can have a different one for each center.

Selecting a STYLE CLUB center requires selecting it as a favorite center.

All the shops that are identified in the shop window or at the point of collection.

No problem! When the shop makes the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your card.

The shop will refund the amount charged to each of the cards individually.

Yes, the virtual card will expire 4 years after its creation.

No, the use of your wallet card is limited to selected establishments in your Style Club center.

No, you can only use it in shops that are members of the Style Club community.

Yes, the money will be kept on your card for a maximum of 12 months - don't let it expire!

You can check the money available whenever you want in the APP.

Yes, all redemptions must be made in blocks of 150 points.

150 points = 5€

300 points = 10€

No, points are non-transferable between accounts.

Yes, points expire 18 months after you receive them.

They are exchanged in the APP for money that can be used when shopping at The Style Outlet centers.

Yes, we will always give you one point for every euro spent in shops of the center.

Yes! you can accumulate points for purchases made in any store of the center, but only spent them in the stores participating in the program.
