The process is fast and simple—just follow these 3 steps:

1. Request the Tax-Free Form
   • After making your purchase, ask for the Tax-Free form at the shop.
2. Visit Our InfoPoint
   • Present your Tax-Free form, passport, and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or UnionPay) to our staff.
3. Receive Your Refund
   • Your refund will be processed and credited to your card within 3–5 days.

Important:

• Remember to validate your Tax-Free form at the airport customs and send it to Global Blue within 21 days to finalize the process.
